Whilst many nurseries have a high staff turnover and a high proportion of students and apprentices, all of our staff are already qualified. Our nursery employs 22 members of childcare staff, 20 of whom hold “Early Years” qualifications at level 3 or higher and two of whom are working towards their level3 through an apprenticeship. We also have one house keeper who comes every day, morning and afternoon, to ensure the nursery receives a thorough, intensive clean.

All of our qualified staff have been with our nursery for a number of years. This is invaluable both to our staff as they get to know the children that they care for well, and even more importantly allows the children entrusted to our care to develop and grow in confidence around people that they get to know and trust.

All staff have paediatric first aid training and have gained certificates in relevant safe guarding training.
